Adrian Bryttan has performed world wide as an opera and symphony conductor and concert violinist. Of Ukrainian heritage, he received a Fulbright Scholar award to work with professional and student institutions in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and Lviv. In Dnipropetrovsk, he organized and conducted the first ever performances of Puccini’s ‘Gianni Schicchi’ and ‘Suor Angelica’ on any Ukrainian stage. He translated both operas into Ukrainian and organized diaspora support for bringing over an American stage director and stage designers to create the new productions. He enjoys contributing to Euromaidan Press and creating rap videos about Kozaks.
