Shortly after midnight on 19 September, the Russian troops shelled the south-Ukrainian city of Mykolaiv, Mykolaiv City Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych reported on his Telegram channel.
“In the household, an outbuilding was completely destroyed, in several residential buildings windows and doors were broken, and the roof was damaged. None of the residents were injured,” the mayor wrote.
As the mayor noted, about 300 meters of contact wire of the tram network were damaged in one of the sections and the Mykolaiv Electrotrans repair crew was working on site. As of 08:00, the inspection of the shelling area was ongoing.
