ImageVice-speaker Ruslan Koshulinsky announced the special session of Verhovna Rada open.

He reported that over 200 MPs have registered in the chamber.

However, MPs are still waiting for their colleagues to have a quorum.

After MPs sang the national anthem of Ukraine, Koshulinsky cried out: “Glory to Ukraine!” MPs responded to this: “Glory to the heroes!” and “Glory to the heroes of Maydan!”. After this, Koshulinsky announced a one hour break.

As of 16:07, MPs are in the chamber, but the agenda has not been announced yet, since they are still waiting for other MPs to arrive. Koshulinsky is in the presidium. The session is not broadcasted and the internal soundtrack system is not working.

As is known, Nestor Shufrich, MP from the Party of Region, reported that he has brought certain suggestions about the settlement of the situation, but he has refused to voice them for now.

Ukrainian Pravda’s reporter has seen several MPs from the Party of Regions in the chamber: Vasilyev, Yatsenko, Sigal, Vaschuk, Nechiporenko, Rud’kovskiy, Zarubinsky and Bilovol.
