Panic started to spread among Russian military personnel due to the strikes on Antonivskyi and Kakhovka bridges conducted by the Ukrainian Army in southern regions, the Head of Kherson Regional Administration Yaroslav Yarushevych said.
On August 8, the Antonivskyi bridge was surrounded from both sides, local residents were not allowed to come close to it.
At the same time, occupation authorities in the oblast are openly discussing their plans of holding a fake referendum and are threatening the citizens with "problems" in case of ignoring the "event."
