Обращение к белорусам, которые организовывают иновещание

Дорогие белорусы!

Восхищаюсь вами и поддерживаю вас. Смотря на фото и видео событий с Беларуси, я почувствовала то дуновение свободы, которое живило Евромайдан в моей родной Украине. Тогда я присоединилась к активистам, которые о Евромайдане рассказывали иностранной аудитории, противостоя российским и государственным нарративам и донося видение мира протестующих. 

Я уверена, что многие из вас делают сегодня то же самое. 

Наше СМИ, созданное на Майдане, работает до сих.  За последнюю неделю мы много писали о протестах в Беларуси и планируем делать это в дальнейшем. Наш опыт позволяет говорить о том, чего ищет иностранная аудитория. Поэтому разрешите мне поделиться некоторыми уроками последних шести лет.

1). Ваши СМИ пишут для белорусов. Для внешней аудитории это недоступно, за исключением журналистов, погруженных в тему. Но вы же хотите, чтоб ваш месседж разошелся пошире, правда? Тогда нужно научиться переноситься в мокасины тех людей, которые ничего не знают о Беларуси. Находить то, что важно, объяснять то, что важно. Почему все эти события имеют значение, почему они важны? Вот вопросы, которые мы перед собой ставим каждый день.

2). Качество переводов – это главное. Никто не будет читать плохой перевод, поверьте. Но иногда не нужен весь перевод. Иногда он касается гиперлокальных вещей – их нужно вырезать или пересказывать. Пишите о том, что важно, а о том, что неважно – не пишите.  Изучите, как о протестах пишут англоязычные журналисты в Твиттере. Это особое искусство. Его нужно освоить. 3). Есть внешняя аудитория, которая могла бы вас поддержать. Но у нее есть очень много вопросов, она ничего о вас не знает. Насколько Беларусь пророссийская? Почему вы вообще протестуете? Что означало жить под Лукашенко? Может, не стоит вас поддерживать, потому что Россия захватит Беларусь, если повалят Лукашенко? Последний вопрос, кстати, наиболее актуален. На все эти вопросы нужно искать ответы. Люди в цивилизованном мире не могут себе представить ваши реалии. Нужно проактивно находить их запросы и членораздельно их удовлетворять. Мы можем с этим помочь, присылая запросы от нашей аудитории.

4) Вам нужно построить коммуникационную стратегию. Вас будут атаковать нарративами. У нас это было: «майдановцы – это праворадикалы». Подобные атаки уже начались и на вас. Раннее определение и противодействие критично важны. Если вы сами не будете рассказывать о себе, это сделают другие, и совсем не с благими целями. Определитесь с ключевыми месседжами, которые вы хотите донести миру, и сосредоточьтесь на них. Если опровергать фейки, то так, чтобы усиливать ваш основной нарратив. «Вот Лукашенко хочет показать миру, что мы праворадикалы. На самом же деле, посмотрите на фото этих женщин. В протесте участвуют все слои населения, и их достало жить в диктатуре, а «праворадикалами» уже пробовали очернить демократический протест на Евромайдане». Те, кто вас атакуют, организованны, имеют много ресурсов, и будут повторять одно и то же все время. Вам тоже нужно быть организованными и твердить свое.

5) Эффектный прием – публикация субтитрованных видеообращений. Например, со штаба Тихановской. Эти видео могут вставлять  себе в материалы СМИ, использовать в Твиттере журналисты. Быстрый перевод таких ключевых сообщений может вас раскрутить в самом начале.

6)  Еще один эффектный прием – прямая речь активистов. Будьте гидом ваших читателей в мир протестующих белорусов. Что вы чувствуете? Почему выходите? Что с вами делает ОМОН? Описать ситуацию изнутри сможете только вы! 

7) Создайте базу активистов, которые могут общаться со СМИ. Пусть он будет доступен и на виду.

    March 12 – The EU External Political Service received an official letter from the Representative of Ukraine in the European Union, Kostiantyn Yelisieiev, regarding the pressing reaction of Brussels as to the admission of RF President Volodymyr Putin about the advanced planned anexation of Crimea. "Putin openly and cynically related the meeting which took place on February 23, 2014, during which he stated that they (the government of Russia) cannot abandon the territory and people under the torture of nationalists." Thereby, President Putin openly admitted, that the aggression against the sovereignity and the territorial integreity of Ukraine was planned beforehand and was realized as planned, which led to the first annexation in Europe since the Second World War," quoted the interlocuter of the European Truth the official letter received from the ambassador. Yelisieiev also explained that the continuation and result of these events became the invasion of Russian soldiers into Donbas. Kostiantyn Yelisieiev in his appeal to EU also emphasized that the actions of RF, oficially recognized by Putin, fall under the definition of aggression (according to the UN resolution of 1974) and represent in it "the most serious international crime."

    January 2: The enemy began to group its battle formations and is relocating them closer to advanced positions of Ukrainian troops in the ATO area

    Maidan Community Sector, Lviv: Dear friends!

    January 2 – One Ukrainian military was killed and 5 were wounded in the ATO are in the last 24 hours, – informed NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko.

    January 2 – Russian terrorists have carried out 16 provocative shooting attacks on Ukrainian military positions, – informs ATO press center. By using small arms, rocket launchers and mortars, the terrorists fired at Donetsk airport (during the night), and by using small arms only – are near Chornukhyne village. The villages/towns of Stryi Aydar, Zolote, Popasna, Vuhlehirsk, Chermalyk have also suffered the effects of mortar attacks.

    January 2 – The enemy began to group its battle formations and is relocating them closer to advanced positions of Ukrainian troops in the ATO area, – informs "Information Resistance" group.

    January 2 – 2 new enemy formations, which include up to 200 people and 6 armored vehicles, have been recorded near the city of Volnovakha.

    January 2 – Pro-Russian terrorists of the so-called "DNR" are mobilizing underage children into their gangs. This was announced by ATO spokesman Andriy Lysenko during the traditional Friday briefing: "According to the reconnaisance, with the goal of completing the evident gang formations, which the leadership of the so-called "DNR" is carrying out on the occuppied territories of the so-called "volunteer" mobilization of the local residents between the age of 16-18," he said.

    Lysenko reminded that the involvement of under-age children in participating in the army actions and army services is a deep violation of the International Humanitarian Legal Law, especially Article 38 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Children.

    This is not the only anti-record of the year – on December 15th, the exchange rate of a ruble to he dollar of the year had n a few hours decreased more than 8.5%. Until that moment the Russian money from the beginningof the year had devalued almost twice the amount.

    The decisions of the countries of Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to not decrease the quota of procuring gas, deteriorated the situation. After that the price for raw materials decreased, speeeding up the loss of capital from Russia and the inflation of the ruble.

    The devaluation of the Russian ruble was preceeded by the lowering of gas prices throughout five months – due to the strengthening of the sanctions by EU and USA and Russian "anti-sanctions".

    The gold currency reserves of Russia continued to decrease, while the rating of support for Putin's actions, increased. This year the ministry of the Economic Development of Russia examined the official prognosis about the inflation of the ruble three times. The beginning prognosis to the end of the year was increased almost twice – from 4.8% to 9%. Realistically, as the Russian Minister of Finances Anton Syluanov stated on December 25th, "according to the year's summary, most probably the inflation will quickly rise to 11.5%, and possibly even somewhat higher."

    Sanctions Intensify Russia's Free Fall Into Economic Crisis

    Russian economist Sergei Guriev, who teaches at Sciences Po in Paris, says Moscow can't keep spending down its reserves forever.
