NATO has warned that Russia's military has grown larger and more capable since its invasion of Ukraine two years ago, posing a challenge to the country's defenses. This comes as Ukraine continues to receive vital aid from its allies, including an additional Patriot air defense system from Germany and the initiation of F-16 fighter jet training for its pilots in France.
