Several anti-mobilization rallies resumed in Russian Siberian cities, in particular, Irkutsk, Ulan-Ude, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Chita, Khabarovsk

100+ participants were detained and rallies dispersed. Part of the detained was later released with warnings.
