On 30 August, Kherson Oblast Police reported that Russian troops are massively stealing from houses of people who had left occupied territories and are using stolen cars to transport looted furniture and appliances.
Also, the report says that over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian police opened 15 criminal proceedings on war crimes committed by Russian military personnel and their collaborators in the oblast.
