On 21 July, Russian forces attacked Odesa's agricultural infrastructure twice, destroying at least 100 tons of peas, 20 tons of barley, and damaging infrastructure facilities.
On the night of July 21, the Russian army attacked Odesa with Kalibr missiles, destroying the terminals of an agricultural enterprise with about 100 tons of peas and 20 tons of grain, Head of Odesa Oblast Military Administration Ohel Kiper reported.
Ukraine’s State Emergency Service equipment was damaged during the night missile attack, Ukraine’s SES reported.
“By destroying our equipment, the enemy is once again reminding us that the norms of international law, which protect rescuers from attacks during their work, have no weight or respect for them. A second missile attack left the personnel without two fire trucks,” Head of the Ukrainian State Emergency Service Serhii Krur said.
According to Operational Command “South,” in the morning, Russians carried out a repeated missile attack on the Odesa Oblast with seven missiles of different types. The target of the attack was an important infrastructure facility that was damaged.
From 17 July to 21 July, Russian attacks wounded 21 civilians in Odesa Oblast, Oleh Kiper said. 14 people were hospitalized, including two children.
