Russian flag disappeared from the Oblast administration building in the occupied Kherson on 3 November, according to the deputy head of the Oblast council Serhiy Sobolievskyi, who shared the photo of the administration. Whether the flag was taken down by Russian themselves or by some local residents is unknown.
