Ukraine is negotiating to acquire anti-aircraft missile systems to counter Iranian missiles, Head of Ukraine's President Office Andriy Yermak wrote.
"Russia's desire to obtain Iranian missiles only confirms the effectiveness of sanctions—currently the Russian military machine becoming dependent on sanctioned Iran and on the remains of Soviet tanks, which Belarus helps them to repair," Yermak added.
