Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Reinsalu has congratulated Ukrainian special forces on a blast at the Crimean/Kerch bridge, Delfi reported on October 8.
The foreign minister believes that the special forces of Ukraine might be behind the attack as the bridge has been a symbol of the return of the 'lost territories' back to Russia for a long time. Also, the bridge was an essential logistical link. Russian military personnel used the Crimean bridge for replenishing weapons and equipment for the war with Ukraine.
Ukrainian officials haven't directly claimed responsibility for the attack. However, the media outlet UkrPravda told that sources close to the newspaper confirmed the Security Service of Ukraine is behind the blast.
