Lithuanian State Defense Council agreed to strengthen the protection of the Lithuanian border with Russia after the mobilization announced by Putin.
Lithuania also tries to prevent Russians fleeing mobilization from entering the country. However, many Russians come by airplane from Finland which did not suspend visas for Russians.
