Germany has been refusing to provide more heavy equipment for Ukraine, including commercial sales, since June — Die Welt

Ukrainian officials repeatedly requested more Panzerhaubitze 200 & Mars II as well as governmental approval for commercial purchase of tanks. All requests were declined, die Welt wrote, referring to its sources. It means Germany didn't make any new military aid pledges since June but continued providing ammunition and other support materials.
