“Deputy Defense Minister of DNR” is a fugitive fraudster

The picture above is a screenshot from the Moscow Police Department’s website showing a “wanted” post for a Russian citizen, resident of Moscow oblast, Mr. Sergei Nikolaevich Velikorodnyi, indicted on large-scale fraud charges and being a fugitive from the law. What the police had not known until recently is that Mr. Velikorodnyi has been keeping a very public profile as a “Deputy Defense Minister” in Russia’s puppet “government” for the occupied territory of Donetsk in Ukraine. When the Russian public informed them about that fact, instead of catching the criminal, Moscow police took down the post. Thankfully, it was saved in Google cache. Just look at the face of this criminal. This is the kind of people Putin’s regime selects for “managing” the occupied territories of Ukraine for Russia.
