Reverse gas supplies from Slovakia to Ukraine reached a daily maximum of 27 million cubic meters.
Wagram Chuhuryan, spokesman of the gas transmission system operator of Slovakia, Eustream, told this to “RIA Novosti” reports Espreso.TV .
“Reverse gas supplies from Slovakia to Ukraine reached a daily maximum of 27 million cubic meters”, he said, and added, “Since September 2, Ukraine has already received about 543 million cubic meters of commercial gas supply through the reversed Voyany-Uzhgorod pipeline.”
According to Chuhuryana, over the next five months the supply of gas will continue to be accompanied by work on the technical review and bringing all the components to their necessary parameters.
On March 1, 2015, the pipeline should operate normally and will pump 27 million cubic meters of gas per day (about 10 billion cubic meters per year) to Ukraine.
