Val FAIL #69. Will Valentina Lisitsa, the cunning virtuoso linguist, now start to rewrite Ukrainian grammar, or simply start a mass debate?
While attempting to mock President Poroshenko’s Ukrainian usage in her Tweet of 8/25/14, Ms. Lisitsa committed a first grader’s mistake in misspelling the word “Ukrainian”. She scolded Mr. Poroshenko’s use of a word that she wrote “… does not exist in the Ukranyan language”. (Her misspelling of “Ukrainian” (украïнскiй) would be on a par to misspell “Amerykan” in English.)

In her famous 4/6/15 “Internet Confession”, Ms Lisitsa wrote: “I mastered Ukrainian language perfectly, far better than a so-called “president” of Ukraine.” Maybe “so-called” if you only speak broken Ukranyan?
