Russian aircraft accidentally dropped more bombs on Russia's Belgorod region, totaling 14 incidents in March. France will send the Aster 30 surface-to-air missile system, the European equivalent of the Patriot system, to Ukraine. Members of the European Parliament are calling for an investigation into a Russian scheme to bribe European politicians.

In the early hours of 21 March, Russian forces launched two ballistic missiles and 29 cruise missiles on Kyiv, all of which were intercepted, according to the Ukrainian Air Force. Despite the success of the Ukrainian air defense forces, the attack still resulted in damage and casualties.
