Volodymyr Parasiuk is a Euromaidan activist. In the evening of February 2014 he went up on the main Euromaidan stage and declared Maidan's ultimatum that Yanukovych should resign immediately else they would undertake an armed assault of the President's Administration. The following morning Yanukovych fled Ukraine.
