ISW: Ukrainians continued to advance on two sectors of the front on 3 September
Ukrainian forces continued counteroffensive operations and advanced near Bakhmut and in western Zaporizhia Oblast on 3 September, ISW said.
$24 million of confiscated in Ukraine assets already transferred for Ukraine’s defense
State agency for management and search of assets has transferred for defense purposes $12+ million since the beginning of the 2022 war and continues its work. Also, almost $12 million were directed to purchase national war bonds.
These are mostly confiscated assets of ousted ex-president Yanukovych, Russian oligarchs, or arrested for corruption, the agency wrote.
