On 4 September, detonations lof ammunition were heard after a strike of the Ukrainian Army on a construction enterprise in Kherson.
According to Oleshky mayor in Kherson Oblast Yevhen Ryshchuk, the enterprise belongs to the Russian Gauleiter of the Kherson Oblast, Volodymyr Saldo, who the Russian occupiers appointed to head their occupation administration in Kherson Oblast.
