The plan was to have relatives of Ukrainian military to condemn Ukraine's military leadership, creating footage for Russian propaganda, Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) reported.
An NGO linked to Kherson quisling deputy Administration Head Stremousov, which had previous experience of conducting fake rallies, was tasked by Russia's FSB to exploit the relatives and conduct the staged protests.
