Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov believes that a "freeze" of war is not possible in Ukraine as it was when Russia occupied Donbas.
"I don't think a freeze option is possible. A deceleration option is possible, depending on the season. And again, modern warfare is a war of resources. Resources, of course, are being depleted on both sides. And accordingly, each side needs recovery time," Reznikov said.
