UPD. The death toll in Dnipro from last night’s Russian missile strike has risen to five, reports Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration. Rescue teams recovered a man’s body from the rubble.

Four people, including a teenager, have been killed in a Russian missile attack on Dnipro,” reported Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Serhiy Lysak. Two women and a 14-year-old girl are among the dead, with the fourth victim just recovered from the rubble; their identity is yet unknown.

Russian forces regularly assault Ukrainian regions with various weapons – strike drones, missiles, guided bombs, and multiple rocket launchers – aiming to destroy infrastructure, terrorize civilians, and make life in Ukraine unbearable.

Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko revealed that among those killed were a local police officer’s wife and daughter. His younger daughter was rescued.

The number of wounded continues to rise as rescue workers search through the rubble.

“There are now 20 injured in Dnipro. Among them are children: girls aged 8 and 16, and two 17-year-old boys,” Lysak wrote on Telegram.

The Russian attack devastated multiple civilian locations across the city. A two-story residential building was destroyed, while 13 apartment buildings and two private homes were damaged, along with 30 vehicles. The strikes also damaged Mechnikov Hospital – one of Ukraine’s vital medical facilities where top doctors fight to save both civilian and military lives.
