Russian troops hit a two-story building in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk Oblast, on 9 April, killing three people, Ukraine’s State Emergency reported at 11 am.

Rescuers extinguished the fire yesterday and recovered the body of a 60-year-old man.
On the morning of 10 April, rescuers found the bodies of a 43-year-old woman and a 13-year-old boy.
