Humanitarian and social impact

The Canadian Press: Edmonton paramedic killed while serving in Ukraine. Recently, the Knyha Pamiyati (Memory Book of the Fallen for Ukraine) civic group said at least 30,000 Ukrainian defenders have been killed as of November 2023.

Russian propaganda journalist killed in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Russian journalist Boris Maksudov who worked for state propaganda channel Rossiya 24 was killed in Ukraine, said Petro Andriushchenko, the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, on Telegram.

Second Ukrainian trucker dies in Poland amid border blockade. The second Ukrainian trucker death was reported in Poland amid the ongoing blockade of border checkpoints by the Polish carriers.

Ukrainian investigators uncover widespread human rights violations by Russian troops in Kyiv Oblast. Ukrainian prosecutors have revealed that 1,139 Ukrainians have become victims of Russian soldiers and have been subjected to torture by invaders during the invasion of Kyiv Oblast in 2022.
