On 7 August, Russian troops targeted Kharkiv Oblast with four guided aerial bombs.

The attack killed two and injured five people, including two rescuers, according to Governor of Kharkiv Oblast Oleh Syniehubov.

"The occupiers hit the village of Krugliakivka in the Kupiansk district with four guided aerial bombs," he said.
