On Nov. 9, one of the so-called leaders of the occupation "administration" of Kherson, Kyryl Stremousov died, Russian media reported.
Also, Ukraine's media Ukrainska Pravda confirmed it later with the reference to the interlocutor in law enforcement agencies.
Some Russian Telegram channels wrote that he died in a road accident near Henichesk.
