A Ukrainian national guard shot down a Russian Mi-8 helicopter in the direction of Zaporizhzhia Oblast, southeastern Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine informed.

A National Guardsman shot down a Russian helicopter with an Ihla MANPADS.

As of September 22, Ukraine has already destroyed 218 Russian helicopters, VOXUkraine reports.
