According to the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Olha Stefanishyna, Kyiv refused to resume negotiations with Russia as it has more leverages and will start the talks over only after achieving its military goals.
Also, Stefanishyna called on European leaders to introduce additional sanctions against Russia.
