Luhansk Oblast Head Serhii Haidai says that Russian command posts, barracks, equipment maintenance bases recently came under fire in occupied Kreminna, Luhansk Oblast with Russian losses of "up to 400 troops" and 100 pcs of equipment.
He also noted that citizens living in the occupied territories report on the movement of Russian equipment and other events taking place in Luhansk Oblast.
