Ex-mayor of Kupiansk, Kharkiv Oblast, Volodymyr Demchenko, went over to the side of Russian occupiers.

He became a head of the occupied Petropavlivsk united territorial community of the Kupiansk district, Kharkiv Oblast, formed by Russian occupiers.
