Russian soldier was sentenced to 10 years for war crimes

Russian soldier Mihail Kulikov was sentenced to 10 years for war crimes. He was convicted by the Сhernihiv court for firing at a high-rise building from a tank in Chernihiv in February. Together with commander Shchotkin they were taken as POWs on Feb 26.
