Russian forces arbitrary detain and torture civilians in occupied south of Ukraine, Human Rights Watch has confirmed.
 
It had spoken with 71 people in Kherson & Zaporizhzhia Oblasts who described 42 cases of abduction, torture through prolonged beatings and electric shocks. The details were described in the report.
