January 29: Approximately 40 judges of various courts have refused to endure civil servant screening

January 28 – The terrorists and Russian Armed Forces have been accumulating forces at Debaltsevo foothold – currently there are approximately 2500 people with military equipment, whereas militants in Horlivka have been instructed to prepare for defense actions. January 28 – Approximately 40 judges of various courts have refused to endure civil servant screening, – stated Ukrainian Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko: “There are about 40 judges of various courts, whom we are prepared to dismiss, because they refused to go through the screening and provide information about themselves”. January 28 – All international “platforms” continue to discuss the shelling of Mariupol (e.g. UN Security Council, Permanent Council of the OSCE, the Council of Europe, extraordinary meeting of the EU foreign ministers (to be held on January 29th). “We have provided evidence of who committed this act of terrorism. It is beyond the scope of terrorism definition. It is a crime against humanity. We have started to work on getting those who committed this crime to where they belong – namely The Hague, International criminal Court”, – said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin. “We will not repeat mistakes made by our friends and partners, especially Georgia, by immediately presenting its case to the International Court of Justice, and it was rejected on formal grounds”, – assured the Minister. January 28 – Russia forced an arrested resident of the Crimea out of his Ukrainian citizenship. Simferepol court refused Oleksandr Kolchenko his request to keep the citizenship of Ukraine. January 28 – When the residents of Zholobok village, which is occupied by Russian soldiers and militants, were being evacuated, one of the cars detonated near Ukrainian checkpoint. People who were in the car, where the bomb was planted, are currently at the hospital of Lysychansk.
