"In connection with today's attack on Mariupol by the militants and as part of démarche addressed to High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini, the Representative of Ukraine to the EU Kostiantyn Yelisieiev has urged the EU to provide a resolute assessment of further deterioration of the situation in eastern Ukraine, amid an actual refusal of the militants to adhere to Minsk Agreements". Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has also issued a statement saying that such an attack on Mariupol along with attacks in Volnovakha and Donetsk provide the evidence needed to recognize so-called People's Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk as terrorist organizations.
