An intentional strike, not an indiscriminate attack, killed US aid worker Pete Reed in Ukraine, the New York Times writes.
The video shows that Pete Reed and a team of aid workers were attacked by a Russian anti-tank guided missile in Bakhmut on February 2 while treating a wounded civilian.
