On the night of October 19, the Russian military shelled Enerhodar, a satellite city of the Zaporizhzhia NPP, and some areas lost electricity and water supply, Mayor of Enerhodar Dmytro Orlov reported on Telegram.
One of the substations and also the building of the executive committee of the city council were damaged.
