The European Commission proposes to limit prices for operations with Russian gas, Financial Times media reported.
The proposal to cap the price of gas has divided member states between those who support it and those who believe it would threaten the security of European supplies and increase gas consumption.
Within the limits of the proposed price limit for operations with Russian gas, importers are planned to leave the right to sell this gas at any price as soon as it is within the single market.
