Since Sept. 6, in the Kharkiv Oblast, Ukrainian troops managed to liberate about 388 settlements (8500 km2) and 150 thousand people, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Maliar reported.
Maliar adds that the liberated territories still need additional security and stabilization measures to make it safe to live there.
