British Intelligence refutes Russia’s claim that Odesa strike was aimed at Ukraine warship – RFE/RL


Russian forces launched a missile attack on Odesa on July 23 after signing an agreement on the export of Ukrainian grain on July 22 in Istanbul.

The strike caused wheat prices to rise on July 25 despite Kremlin's claims that it would not affect grain deliveries.
