On the night of 10 January, Russian forces launched an attack using one Iskander-M ballistic missile and 121 UAVs, the Air Force reports. Ukrainian air defenses shot down and suppressed 94 drones.
The ballistic missile and 27 strike UAVs hit 15 locations, according to the Air Force. Debris from downed drones fell at one additional location. As of morning, the attack was ongoing.
Odesa strike
Explosions rang out in Odesa on the morning of 10 January, according to Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa Military Administration.
He noted that there had been no air raid alerts in the city overnight. The military had reported drone movements from the Black Sea heading toward Ovidiopol.
The regional administration later clarified that Russian forces struck industrial infrastructure in the Odesa district. A drone hit the territory of a port enterprise, damaging an empty reservoir and igniting insulation. No casualties were reported.
Dnipro aftermath
More than 50,000 people in Dnipro lost power following the overnight Russian strike on 10 January, according to Mayor Borys Filatov.
"Nearly 400 windows were blown out in 9 high-rise buildings, garages and cars were damaged," Filatov said.
The regional military administration had earlier reported one person wounded in the Dnipro strike.
Russian claims
Russia's Ministry of Defense claimed its air defenses neutralized 59 "Ukrainian drones" overnight on 10 January.
