The partisan group ATESH claimed responsibility for a sabotage operation in Rostov-on-Don, reporting that its agents destroyed a locomotive carrying military cargo.

By providing intelligence and carrying out sabotage inside Russia, they slow operations and force Russia to redirect resources to security and repairs.
