Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office Mykhailo Podoliak announced that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will present the Victory Plan to Ukrainians in the coming days.
As announced by Podoliak on Ukrainian television, the ”main directions have already been presented, perhaps without numbers, everything related to political coercion, diplomatic, economic, military.”
According to him, the details and mathematical applications will be with the partners who “make direct decisions on the provision of these weapons or certain legal permits or the execution of legal components.”
“As for a broader presentation for Ukraine, I think it is a matter of days. Because it is important to understand at what stage of the war we are doing what. I think the president will make this presentation quite effectively,” Podoliak said.
In addition, Podoliak noted that Zelenskyy will add ”details that will clearly state what kind of coercion program it is, why it is important, why it is parallel (to the Peace Formula – ed.)… I think the president will make such a presentation in the coming days.”
Victory plan
On 11 October, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy outlined the core aim of Ukraine’s victory plan, which seeks to establish conditions preventing Russia from prolonging the war.
The president emphasized that the top priorities are “strengthening Ukraine’s position and creating conditions for honest diplomacy.”
“If we implement the victory plan through cooperation with our partners, Russia will no longer be able to continue this war and will be forced into peace. This is the essence of the victory plan,” Zelenskyy said.
Back in September of this year, Zelenskyy revealed that his plan consists of five points: ”Four of them are the main points. Plus one that we need after the war.”
