According to a preliminary investigation by the prosecutor’s office, the attack was conducted using a Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS).

The attack also damaged private homes, outbuildings, and vehicles.

On 29 November, the Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that 299 children with their parents were evacuated from three communities in the Kupiansk district of the Kharkiv Oblast, following the announcement of a mandatory evacuation.

These actions were taken as forced measures because the Russian army attacks the frontline areas of the Kharkiv Oblast daily, employing artillery, missiles, and guided aerial bombs.
