Ukrainian forces struck a building where Russian-appointed officials were meeting in the occupied village of Yuvileine in Ukraine’s Kherson Oblast on 28 November, Ukraine’s National Resistance Center reported on 29 November.
At least five occupying officials were killed in the strike, according to the center.
The attack was made possible by intelligence provided by Ukrainian underground resistance members and “concerned local residents,” the Resistance Center stated. The center did not provide additional details about the identities of the officials who were killed.
Ukrainian military officials have not yet commented on this information.
Earlier, on 29 November, the mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, reported that Russian air defenses shot down a drone that was flying toward the Russian capital.
