On the morning of 28 November, the Russian army attacked a five-story building in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, local governor Serhii Lysak said.
The Russian artillery shelling resulted in the killing of a 63-year-old man and injuring two women, aged 65 and 63.
According to Lysak, there may have been people under the rubble of the damaged five-story building.
Over the last night, Russian troops conducted 64 strikes on 15 towns and villages in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, local governor Yuriy Malashko said. The strikes resulted in the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure.
Over the past day, 27-28 November, Russians attacked Kherson Oblast 48 times, firing 206 shells from mortars, artillery, Grad, tanks, S-60, UAVs and aircraft, Kherson Oblast head Oleksandr Produkin said. Russians fired 15 shells at the city of Kherson.
The attacks hit residential areas of the oblast’s settlements, the territory of a plant and an educational institution in Kherson. One person was reportedly injured. A 71-year-old resident of Kherson, injured at night, died in the hospital on the morning of 28 November, Produkin said.
