The Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don has sentenced Ukrainian citizen Dmytro Holubiev to 18 years in a strict regime colony, finding him guilty of "committing an act of international terrorism," RFE/RL has informed.
According to the Russian Federal Security Service, Dmytro Holubiev allegedly caused an explosion in the building seized by Russia-installed authorities in occupied Melitopol and planned another two - at the road and next to a military-civil administration of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
