Russian troops shelled a residential district of Pokrovsk, a town 40 km away from the frontline in Donetsk Oblast, the Oblast Head Pavlo Kyrylenko reported. The strike, delivered from Smerch MLRS, damaged a highrise. As of 13:00, 12 civilians were reported to be injured, and searches for two under the rubble are ongoing.
