Russian defense ministry said that the withdrawal from the western bank of Dnipro in Ukraine's southern Kherson Oblast is complete. Spokesman of the Russian Defense Ministry Konashenkov also claimed that "there were no losses," Russian media RIA reported.
In the morning, Ukrainian Command South said there still were Russian troops near Kherson.
